PRECAUTIONS
♡ Masks are optional.
♡ Please stay home if you feel unwell or have any COLD, MONKEYPOX or COVID-19 symptoms.
♡ I have the right to refuse any service if you present any symptoms. In the case your service is refused, your deposit will not be refunded.
GRACE PERIOD
♡ There is a grace period of 10mins in case you arrive late. After 10mins, a $15 fee will be charged.
♡ Please note: If you're coming after 10mins, I may have to reduce your service time. If you are more than 30mins late, your appointment will be cancelled & your deposit will be
forfeited.
CANCELATIONS / RESCHEDULING
♡ A 24hr notice for cancellations &/or reschedules is required! If you cancel or reschedule WITHOUT a 24hr notice, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
♡ If you cancel 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit WILL be refunded as soon as I get notified about your cancellation.
♡ If you reschedule 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
DEPOSIT
♡ A 40% deposit with a valid credit/debit card is required every time you book & is only needed to hold your appointment.
♡ Your appointment will NOT be honored without a prepayment deposit.
DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS TOTAL COST OF SERVICE!
